Get a massage at least once every six months

On my birthday, my husband has gotten me a spa package where I was lucky to have a full body massage treatment! Aside from the wonderful aspect of having 80 minutes of time that’s all about me, the rejuvenation of using the private steam room and shower facility is such a treat too. It makes me feel like a new woman! Sipping on tea and gazing out into the beautiful ocean landscape in my robe without a worry in the world tops it all off! This is why I strive to have this experience a bit more often, because it restores my energy and gets me in touch with myself.
