dance without being self-conscious

I used to dance all the time, loved it. Now I just feel like a twit doing it.

I don’t care what other people think of me…or my dancing…if I love the song, I’m on the floor, living it up! And that’s even without drinking ^^

I am doing a really fun dance class at the moment called Showgirls Dream. It’s a mix of all sorts of dancing, mostly focused on solo styles. We do a lot of work on muscle isolation, kicks, spins, etc. I can feel my hips taking on new life force!

I went crazy dancing in Galway last week. I confess I wasn’t entirely sober, thus I have not completed my goal!

I don’t want to jinx anything but I’m sure I’m really progressing with this yayayayayay I think it depends on the company I’m with though because there are a select few that make me feel very uncomfortable about the way I dance; maybe they’re insecure themselves?...I don’t know :S

The other day i went out to watch a band, i was dragged up to dance, totally hated feeling self concious, so had a few drinks and then stomped for the world, without feeling like a pillock. Haha so there ya go i gotta be off it to feel ok about dancing ;)

I danced crazily when I last went out, without a care in the world(being drunk helped)and it was hilarious!!!!well my friends found it funny anyway….

I acheived this goal through Footloose and the Footloose afterparty.

But I need to be very drunk.

I don’t need to dance, it just makes me sad.. it’s not like it’s cructial so .. why should I care?
