In looking at my 100 push-ups goal I also found this site about doing 200 consecutive sit-ups:

Will be checking this out tonight to see what it’s about. Must say though, I like the crunches idea. I’ve been noticing some pain in the center of my shoulder blades since I started a regular sit-up routine.

I’ve not been focusing on this for nearly a year. Let’s do a set for as many as I can….
42!!! Not good! I could do over 70 in my last entry! Oh well, time to try this every day from now on.

It is Christmas 2008 and I have set a goal of doing 100 push ups and 100 set ups. Hopefully, this will be the beginning of getting into better shape.

I’m feeling it in my stomach its too hard to do many more than 20 at a time. I know maybe i need a rest day but tbh i like this feeling cause i feel like im doing something and its paying off. Its too soon to see reuslts but i do really like doing this casue i feel like im actucally doing something which is worthwhile.

I’m trying to get this goal done, in the run up to my black belt taekwondo test. Once I get past a hundred, I’ll just keep going to see how high I can get.
