Day 1 completed-not that difficult-although I did “girly” push ups.
HOMETOWN GLORY Scream loud. Louder.
How I did it: I have ALWAYS been horrible at push-ups. My upper body strength is just not impressive :P Anyways, for about a month I worked a bit on toning up my arms (some bicep curls, that kind of thing) and I was able to do do more and more push-ups each time. Yesterday I made it to TEN FULL PUSH-UPS!! I collapsed right after, but hey, I did it so I'm happy. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just do one more every day, if you can. Maybe you need to start with girly-pushups (on your knees) first. Do this first thing in the morning to warm you up so you have a motivation. Read how I did it…

today in my yoga practice, there was a point where i felt really good and just starting doing push ups. before i knew it, i had done eight push ups! then my arms gave out on the ninth. I didn’t think i could do eight, so i’m way closer to my goal than i thought i was!
Living In God's Exquisite, Miraculous Sufficiency hasn't had time to be on 43T. Been busy with life.
I bet he should have this goal completed in like 5 sec?
I’ve been able to do this for awhile.
I have absolutely no self-dicipline when it comes to push-ups. It has to change, now!
Well, this is what I can do right now. Haven’t been practicing as much as I should, barely nothing actually. So there’s nine more to go..
My body needs better balance. I have close to absolutely no power in my arms but the rest of my body is in pretty good shape. I can’t even complete ONE push-up. All I can do is a couple on my knees..
So this is the plan: Doing 20 push-ups every night before going to bed. On my knees in the beginning and then I’ll check every month to see how many REAL push-ups I can do.
Starting today!
I did almost half a push-up yesterday – that is, I was able to lower myself almost half way down and then push myself back up. I’ve been working with some little hand weights and doing the easier knee push-ups to build up arm strength.
