One of the things that eating healthier involves is CUTTING DOWN ON SUGAR!!!!! LET ME REPEAT THAT-CUT DOWN ON SUGAR!!! I am a vegetarian so I considered myself to be doing a great job with the healthy meals, healthy snacks,exercising, but it was not until I started monitoring my sugar intake, that I started to FEEL healthier…..........

Not really sure how to do this… I mean, I certainly don’t think my diet is perfect, but I’m not really sure how to proceed.
This is what I’ve come up with so far
- I barely drink coffee anymore, but my chai tea habit was getting out of control so I’ve switched to mint and chamomile.
- Try to eat more vegetables and less fruit (especially dried)
- More protein, less carbs?
- Start each day with hot water & lemon, try to wait 45 minutes before eating breakfast.
Suggestions? Anyone?
