I was tired today and there was a problem with the elliptical I was on, but I did:
2.4 miles (278 calories) abs, pullovers, hip abductions, lats, inclined chest press, and oblique twists.

Just got back.
3.2 miles in 30 minutes on elliptical, plus ab training and lats after.
made it today.
ran a little over 3 miles on the elliptical and did some muscle training afterward.
I recently got back from vacation (San Diego) and was proud not to gain weight on vacation and have even lost weight since back, but have been totally slacking on the gym front. So the plan is starting today Sun-Sat go 5 of the 7 days and get my weight down.
