Not sure of the difference between sadness and ‘joy’.
Just watched programme called ‘Young at Heart’ about a troup of very Senior Citizens in USA who sang rock and pop songs to enthusiatic audiences across the land.
Normally these people wouldn’t have much of a ‘voice’, many were frail, some fighting various illnesses, indeed two passed away in the one week.
Yet when I cried watching them I cried with admiration of their courage and determination to go on despite their losses, hurts and uncertainties. They were fantastic and it was a privilege to watch the show. Very inspiring.

Soooo grateful for this, shared lot of laughter with a friend today, and it mostly came from me. I made her laugh, it cheered her. That’s such a privilege.
Making this hard.
Looking for little bits of joy where I can.
Yesterday it was catching siight of a bunny rabbit sitting munching happily in among a cloud of bluebells. Last night it was a young deer grazing on the hill across the road. I live in a very rough area, so these were magical.
am sharing humour and laughter every day in many ways – even when I am down I manage to turn it round. Like the fact I can make others laugh – humour and laughter – especially shared – is a supreme gift.
we got a new computer and this one writes CD’s etc, so my son bought some and tried to put his stuff on them, to no avail.
He eventually realised he was trying to record on the clear plastic cd shapes that were just inside the box but were actually part of the protective packaging !!!
