I do love it. Mmm love it! But, sad times, since it’s more important to me to manage my acid reflux without expensive medications, I have to severely limit the amount of chocolate I eat. Which is fine with me, oddly, I didn’t eat any at Halloween (!!!!) and didn’t miss it. And dark chocolate is the worst for my reflux :(
But, I do love it :)

This may seem a contradictory goal for me, considering my weight-loss-related ones. I think they are tandem though. See, if I can learn to love dark chocolate, then I won’t want to eat the much more readily available cheap milk chocoloate that I love so dearly now and tend to eat too much of. Also, it has lots of antioxidants and things like that which are good for me.
I’m so inspired by this, I might just go out to lunch and buy some on the way home. :p

But I do love it now. When you find one that’s really to your taste, it’s very satisfying. I find that nibbling a small square of dark chocolate is good, and it’s enough. Sometimes milk chocolate just makes me want more milk chocolate.

But the dark is better for us. So…
I have tried 2 or 3 of the varieties from Trader Joe’s and I like the Chocovic Guaranda pretty well. It’s a unique origin chocolate. Decently priced at $1.99 a bar at TJ’s. This one’s a little smoother and less dry than some I’ve tried.
