I’ve significantly cut back on the amount of dairy I eat altogether – specifically cheese, and subsequently I’ve shed a few pounds. And I don’t really miss it either…I have to think about what it does for my cholesterol.
How to stop eating so much cheese
How I did it: I basically stopped eating as many calories as I used to... so this kind of stopped me from eating hunks and hunks of raw cheese like I used to. I'm much more balanced now, though I still enjoy my cheese!
Lessons & tips: Don't keep large amounts of cheese in the house. Seriously.

I don’t care how much cheese I eat so long as I’m healthy in all other aspects of my life. If cheese is my sin…I can think of worse ones.
I can eat a block a day of the stuff, and I just know it’s doing wonders for my heart. I really need to cut down on it. I haven’t eaten meat in forever, but dairy is a huge addiction for me. Must… stop… the cheese!
