kachinar10705 going to excercise with my daughter and boyfriend and cook dinner
I have traveled to a lot of places when I was younger but now that I am on my own and have one daughter, trying to finish school seems like everything has been pushed back. I miss exploring and seeing how other countries live day by day. Embracing other cultures, eating other foods and learning to cook them too is but only vagues memories. One of the biggest values I have for travel is the fufillment it offers me by taking away that ignorance that plagues so many. Presently I am thinking of one place to go as a birthday present to myself, perhaps it may not be out of the states but I intend to learn as much from it as I can…We shall see

I am going to look into starting a bank account were 15.00 a week will go into savings. So I will have money for traveling in a year. That will help me save $780.00 for my trips.!!

I want to travel more. Road trips preferably, because I hate to fly. I like getting to my destination faster, but I hate being on an airplane. Here is a short list of places I want to visit on the East Coast before we move in January:
1. Boston (specifically Fenway)
2. Niagra Falls
3. Gettysburg/Williamsburg
4. Florida
5. Auburn University (where my husband went to school)
6. Atlanta
Obviously, with trying to save money for our move and buying a house, we probably won’t be going to all these places. But we’ll go to some and then one day we’ll fly back to the places we missed.
Once we move to Colorado, we’ll have an entirely new part of the country to explore!

Oh, how I love to travel. When I don’t travel out of the USA at least once a year, my spirit seems to die. Living in Los Angeles can become very toxic. How can I create this life where I can incorporate travel into it?
