I’m starting slowly, so it’s more of a walk/jog on the treadmill a few days ago, and an aerobics tape today. Wow, I was surprised that the intermediate level aerobics tape could be so challenging. Nonetheless, I enjoyed every minute of it.
I ran for 35 minutes first thing this morning. I thought I would be tired after, but I jumped in the shower and it was like it never happened. Tomorrow I can’t run in the morning because I have a class I can’t be late to, but if I feel up to it I’ll go to the gym after work. But it’s on for another morning run on Wednesday.
Tomorrow I’m going to the gym before work. Maybe that will help me get in the groove.

It’s the beginning of Spring Semester, and I have gone to the gym three times last week, and three times this week!

i’ve excercised twice this week, but i plan on excercising today and i’m going to the gym tomorrow, so that makes 4! woo!
Well last week I managed to exercise 2 days. A good effort I guess but I am trying to start new this week. I want to make exercise a habit before school starts and things get hectic.
