    I want to wake up an hour earlier and hike. On the weekends I could do it later in the day. If I hike every morning before work – not only will I lose the weight I want to get rid off, but my attitude will be super positive every day.

    I should “report” to the Canyon every day. No over-sleeping or playing hookey.
