but i just dont have the energy for it.. not to mention anxiety attacks are not on my list of things i’d like to experience every day.. but i really do need to.. showering once a week is just gross! plus when i’m depressed i dont have the energy and when i’m manic i have too many other things occupying my mind so i forget =) oops!

I get the best ideas when I’m in the shower. It’s a great place to unwind, reevaluate and collect yourself. Unfortunately, when I’m thinking about taking a shower, everything else trumps it. It’s odd, it’s not the most important thing to do for myself but it should be, considering it’s hygiene, confidence and relaxation benefits from it. It’s probably like working out, seems like such a great idea when you have energy but awful when your tired. I do get reinvigorated when I take a shower, so when I go through a midafternoon slump, it works great to wake me back up. Unfortunately, I just choose the nap all day choice instead…
