accomplish my secret goal...

In fact, I’m doing quite poorly. Each slip or deviation breeds another in this case, so the challenge is how to stop the momentum and begin again. I am hopeful. The desire is there, at least. Now for the mindfulness, the positive action.

Not good at all. Three words seem to characterize my current dynamic: all or nothing. Sigh.

Luckily, only 36 minutes until another day begins.

and totally and completely worth it.

I have been so dead set on accomplishing this goal or ridding my life of this goal or something so negative that I have yet to give myself permission to embrace that IS TRUE about this goal. Time to give myself permission to live with passion even if it is foolish.

soooooo close it was painful. And I got to see how the stymied opportunity affected someone else as well as myself. Oh… for early morning wake up calls. I love them.

with the fact that neither of us will kill the other’s hope.

All of those hours and I still can’t make it happen.

...I would accomplish my secret goal on Friday. But there are, as always, too many obstacles. For one thing, I won’t have a vehicle. For another, there is the whole “recognition” factor, and this is, after all, his old stomping grounds. EVERYONE knows him here. So… I am going to grab Friday as a huge, huge gift all to myself and not worry about how delightful it would be to accomplish this secret goal and be able to put it OFF of my list. After all, maybe it shouldn’t be a “goal.” It is more of a dream.

This goal is getting closer and closer to reality. We’ll figure it out.
