House of Blues, Chicago!
I’m soooo excited. They are some of the best live performers I have ever ever ever seen. I’m trying to figure out where else I can catch them this summer. There are other groups I want to see, but the Avetts—sigh…
Their new album Emotionalism is number 134 on the Billboard Top 200 and they were on Conan a couple of weeks ago! I’m so happy for them!

I’m SO excited! The Avett Brothers are going to be in Louisville in April and then in Chicago at the end of May! I’m so excited that I will get to see them twice in two months.
If you haven’t heard of the Avetts, they play a bluegrass/punk/rock/roots kind of music and their shows are AMAZING. Some of the best live performance I have ever seen.
