How to nap more
"Taking more naps has helped a lot with my fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome & severe chronic pain."
How I did it: I just started listening to my body more. Now if I feel the need for a nap, I simply take one. It wasn't hard. Just listen to your body...you'll know when you need rest.
Lessons & tips: Nap in a very comfortable place. Have the temperature just where you like it, not too hot. Good pillows & a blanket are essential. Drinking chamomile tea before helps, as does reading before a nap.
