Catch up on my scrapbooking

I’ve been working on my scrapbook on and off for the past few weeks. I just finished a few pages covering last year’s vacation in Maine, and the next undertaking will be documenting my internship.

I have a new apartment and now that I am all moved in and almost organized I have a whole room for scrapbooking (once i find a table to put in it, but that shouldnt be too hard). I will be able to leave stuff out if I haven’t finished it. I have shelves so I was able to sort stuff out and have a space for paper and such. I wont have to pack it all up every time I finish and hopefully I will actually be able to find stuff for a change. I’M SO EXCITED!!!!

Not only that my sister finally got me the wedding photos so now I can actually get going on finishing their gift (and it only took her a year and a half)

well, got a little farther this weekend. got a bunch of stuff organized and got five more pages done…almost finished with the book for my mom…Yippee…at least I now have all but one of the pictures that I need and all the supplies. Im super excited!!!

scrapbooking marathon weekend coming up in october with my roomie and her sister so I have been trying to get some things together and decide what I want to work on for the weekend and what pictures and supplies im gonna need to get them done. Lots of work but it should be fun too.

Well, finally getting all the wedding stuff sorted through and selecting the pictures that I wanna use…what a daunting task (its not going too bad though) Hopefully I will be done soon and then I can start with the fun parts

So I got a lot of work done on the scrapbook for my mom but I still haven’t finished it yet (guess I will have to wait til next year to give it to her) but it is really cute and its already bigger than i was expecting it to be cuz i was having so much fun. Just have to do a little rearranging and gather a couple more photos and then i will be done.

My sister is finally getting around to gathering the stuff from her wedding so I will finally be able to start work on that. Hopefully it goes well or I will never catch up.

The problem with digital, is getting pictures printed! I’m GOING TO get a bunch printed out by the end of the month, and get busy on my scrapbooks! Scrapbooking is fantastic, but “can” take some time… and money! Keeping it simple and just getting photos and the who where when in for now would suit me fine! I can add the “cute stuff” another time if need be!

So, I have 4 different books that I am working on…trying to focus on one at a time but I seem to be a bit ADD when it comes to these projects…

And then everything since Disney…probably gonna be more than one book but I dont really want to think about that yet.

Anyway so I guess mom’s day is coming up soon and I better get cracking if I want to finish it for this year…got some pics from my sis and got mine together…now I just have to make copies of them and start putting everything together…I don’t think it will take too long once I get the copies made and organized into some sort of order…but only time will tell…

I’m giving up on this goal. I think I might start focusing more attention on making a web site or digital scrapbook.
