The Harlan Coben book. It was so good! I recommend it. It has so many twists and turns. It’s kind of slow at the beginning but it transforms into this amazing book that you don’t see a lot of it coming. It’s called “Hold Tight”, incase anyone wants to look into it.
I started “Desperation” by Stephen King. It’s kind of weird at the moment…

Finished Michael Crichton’s State of Fear, but I also got Alan Moore’s Watchmen

So I’m staying put at 112. Some day I’ll get back under 100. And maybe one day I’ll finish them all.

This is good. With the Summer around, I can read more. The trouble is, I get books to read from my grandma and aunt. They’ve already read the books that they give my mom and I to read, but I feel the need to read them and give them back as quick as possible. I’ve read a few books in my pile. I have to finish that huge Chronicles of Narnia series and a few others I told myself I was going to read like.. three years ago.
Right now I’m reading Harlan Coben’s, “Hold Tight”. I’ve already had a nightmare that someone was being killed. Blah. I love books, hehe.

oemal is a Creative Traveling De-Clutterer
I’m hoping to hit this goal hard in 2010, but for now I’m planning to chip my way through a large stack of paperbacks that I liked a lot as a teenager, which my mom kindly mailed to me toward the completion of my goal to move all my stuff out of my parents’ house (where I haven’t lived in since 2005, and even then was only for a few months).
For now, as I battle through more intensive readings for grad school, these light and fluffy books should be a good balance. I’ll pick up the more heady stuff on my bookshelf after I finish this degree and can give it my full attention!

TheRealMez is procrastinating... and thinking of drawing
I’ve had this goal for too long and I’ve not read enough in recent years. I have a lot of reference books on my bookshelf but this goal will be ticked off once I’ve read all the novels I own (which aren’t many unfortunately, but it’s still an achievement for me).
On my bookshelf:
1. “Krondor: The Assassins” ~ Raymond E. Feist
2. “Marley & Me” ~ John Grogan
3. “Timoleon Vieta Come Home” ~ Dan Rhodes
4. “Great Expectations” ~ Charles Dickens
5. “The Highest Tide” ~ Jim Lynch
6. “Time Stops For No Mouse” ~ Michael Hoeye
7. “The Da Vinci Code” ~ Dan Brown
8. “Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers” ~ J.R.R. Tolkein
9. “Of Mice & Men” ~ John Steinbeck
10. “Postmortem” ~ Patricia Cornwell
11. “Book Of The Dead” ~ Patricia Cornwell <= Currently reading
Then a few my dad gave me:
12. “The Dark Half” ~ Stephen King
13. “Four Past Midnight” compilation ~ Stephen King
14. “The Wizards & The Warriors” ~ Hugh Cook
15. “Haunted” ~ James Herbert
Looking at my shelf in terms of pages, I’m between 40-50% through. I aim to complete my personal collection over the summer.
