make an exercise room

I’ve painted the ceiling and walls. Tomorrow I hope to give the walls a quick second coat. Then I’d like to paint the trim work.

I painted the closet and then installed shelving. I also move the treadmill and recumbent bike into the room.

I’ve cleaned the carpet, removed all doors/hardware and patched the walls and ceiling. Next step is to sand and paint.

I’ve clean out the room that I want to make into my exercise room. Next step is to patch the walls. And after that, clean the carpet.

I have put money earned from my design work into pieces of exercise equipment. I now have a FULL home gym, which I use just about every day. It is SUCH a blessing!! It has helped me lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. With two small children, it’s exactly what I needed. NOW I just need to finish the basement so I don’t have to spray for wasps while I exercise….
