Our friends are moving house and have bought a whole bunch of
IKEA furniture. We spent a few hours with them and put it all together
(as per usual – some easy, some baffling).
They were super happy, and we did our good deed.

As I was wondering around cairo airport looking for the newsagent a cleaner noticed i was carrying some postcards. She chased me down “Mister… Mister”. Then pointed to some mailboxes I’d missed on the wall.
About an hour later I gave her all the egyptian pounds i had left. Even though this could be seen as a reward I see both acts as random acts of kindness.

We managed to snag a table at a very busy gig. There was a couple a couple of metres behind us who had got some seats, but no table, so we offered them to join us.
They declined – but we did make the offer!
Tony, the Bald Eagle Creating my future
After spending time looking for a car park I spotted one & dived in, then realised another car had been waiting (although wasn’t indicating and was beyond the exiting car).
Part of me knew I was entitled to the park, but I decided to let the other driver have it & spent the next 10 minutes searching for another one.
Still, I can go to bed with a guilt-free mind!
This challenge was very rewarding and gave me lots of satisfaction in helping others when it was least expected.
Today my daughter and I went shopping at Westfield. She needed to get a few things so I picked her up and took her shopping. Later on we went to her workplace and had a look around. She never gets a chance to have a look around so it was nice for her to see what it looked like from the other side of the counter.
Listened to a friend in need and offered some advice to them.
I have added a story about our DJ on the radio onto my blogsite. Chang is a really nice guy who just happens not to be a New Zealander. He has been in NZ for 3 years and his parents live here too. If he goes back to Fiji, his family will still be here which is unfair.

This morning I had to pick up my Nana’s repeat of pills from the chemist. As the bakery is nextdoor to it, I got us both something each for morning tea.
