How to break my arm

 "The first 30 minutes of breaking your arm is very painful but after that its more a dull achey pain which is bearable"
How I did it: I was on the monkey bars and i couldnt hold on any longer so i let go. I did it without thinking so i didnt have time to let me feet hit the ground first so i fell and landed in a sitting position with my hand outsretched. Lessons & tips: If your going to try and break your arm don't try all these crazy methods like the sandwich one and slamming your wrist. One because it's hard to find and excuse and if you slam it you will have bruising all over your arm and your doctor will no it wasn't accidental and you don't want to end up having social services on you!

i have been trying to break my arm for the past 6 months. i have tryed tighing things around it and twisting tight, standing on it, hammer, falling and a few others. can anyone please help me???? i have a reson for doing it but i just need a little help getting the job done…. thanks

I’m sorry but I think you are all fken crazy! I accidentaly found this website, becuase my 6 year old daughter broke her shoulder and I am doing research. First of all for you all to act like its a fun fken game to break something when there are millions of people with injuries, some life threatening its sick! Her shoulder has been broke for 2 days now, and the doctors are just now figuring out that it is broke. Believe me, it hasnt been fun for her. She is in immense pain, and its heartbreaking to see anyone like that exspecialy a small child. I had an aunt that passed away 13 years ago in a car-wreck, she was 18 years old. The amount of breaks that her body endured was baffling. She laid in U of L hospital for 3 days alert, aware of the pain she was in, and then she passed away. The nurses would not even let us pull the sheets down because of the way her legs were broken. Humans are “suppose” to be the most intelligent species, but when immature, thoughtless, and selfish people turn something thats devastating for some into a game…it just provokes the thought that maybe we are not. Get a job, if your that bored.
