    And it’s bad. I don’t think the previous owners bothered with it much. I’m going to rent a powerwasher, sand some of the tough spots and put on a coat of new stain. Then I can put out the patio set and get a new grill. Friday nights after work, grilling and having some beers with friends. I do believe that’s where it’s at.
