but the scale read 150 pounds this morning. Just yesterday it said 152.5. Perhaps it was water weight? Either way I think I’ll be down in the 140’s by next week!

My weight loss is still going strong. I weighed myself this morning and the scale read 152.5.
Everything I’m doing is working and I will reach my 17 pound goal in the next two weeks!

...every little bit counts!
I went to the gym this morning and then weighed myself when I got in to work.
My weight loss is going to speed up even more, now that I’ve added jogging to the mix. Here are my regular workout sessions below:
Stretch every day
Biggest Loser circuit training in the mornings on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
30 minute jogs during lunch and African dance class in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
30 minute jog on Saturday.
Rest Sunday

The weight is coming off even faster now that I’ve ended the detox and brought my calorie consumption up!
I’m so excited :-)

Ok. So now that my detox is over I’ll be starging on a 1500 calorie diet for the month of February. I will allow myself a “fudge factor” of 300 calories on the weekends so I can treat myself.
If I stick to this and my circuit training and African dance classes, I will lose 10 pounds by February 28th.
Then I will increase my daily calories to 1800 and should maintain my weight.

I’ve lost 10 pounds since first documenting my weight in my journal back on December 1st. Back then I notated my weight at 167 and when I weighed myself on Monday the scale read 157!!!! I’m almost to my goal of 150 pounds!

... is writing entries about their progress with this goal???
I’m feeling all alone on this one.
Oh well, I guess that’s the reality of the situation.
I guess that’s why they sent all those people packing on the Biggest Loser ;-)
I love that show!!!

Well I weighed myself at home on my digital scale and it said 155.5 (that was without clothes). Then I weighed myself at work on a manual scale and it said 158 (with clothes of course! :-)
My boyfriend says he thinks the scale at home is 3-5 pounds off and that my work scale is correct… I’m not sure what to believe. Either way, it’s half a pound down according to my work scale and 3 pounds down according to my home scale.
Maybe my clothes weigh 3 pounds?

Not losing as much weight as I thought I would, but I think there might just be a delay, because I’ve been eating well, working out and getting plenty of sleep.
Hopefully I’ll have better results by next Friday.
