I really do… I used to take such good care of it because it was a brand new f-150 STX and it was really nice but recently with gas prices it’s beginning to be a pain in my side. I put 40$ in the other day and it didn’t even go up half way. :(

I bought my tuck about 2 years ago, 4.6l 5 speed 4×4 off road package, love it, and i have never got stuck in the mud w/ it, it moves anything i want it too. If you are to buy a truck, buy a ford i have never had an issue with it, it runs so nice my brother went out a bought a 2000 but he had to have the 5.4l engine, i can still beat him. Any questions feel free th contact me.
It’s not a new truck, but it runs and it’s my baby. My 86 Chevy C10 rocks, I plan on keeping it forever.
My first car was a Ford F-150. I spent an entire year looking for the right one. I finally found it, parked in a back corner of a used car lot. It wasn’t even cleaned up yet and I had to shimmy between it and a chain-link fence to get a look at it. I bought it without even driving it. (I lucked out, too. The guy thought it was a year old then it actually was and quoted me the price for the later year. When I went to pick it up, I found out what year it was and that I’d saved about $3000 as he stood by his original quote!)
I love trucks. I owned one other one for about two months. Then I moved across the country and couldn’t take it with me (long story). Ended up selling it.
There’s an old yellow Ford parked at someone’s house that’s been for sale forever. For some reason, it reminds me of the worm bus in the Richard Scary books. I don’t even like yellow vehicles, but this one keeps calling to me. I keep meaning to call on it, but haven’t. I’ll do it tomorrow.
I’d like the yellow truck for fun, a nice truck for riding around, and a farm truck.
After 8 years I finally have the truck of my dreams! It is fantastic. I feel so free – now I can carry stuff like boats, ATVs, fishing gear, oh the list goes on and on…
It is so useful too – picking stuff up (hence the name “pickup”), helping others moving stuff, cleanup work…
