Lost 30 lbs this year, 140 @ 5’ 10” is a BMI of 20.1, best in 15+ years. Need to keep mindful of good habits and keep it from keeping back up again. Never want to go back there!

As I wrote in another entry, I have done a great job of becoming healthier over the last six months, and I’m really proud of myself for that!
I have been living in Japan for one year now, which has definitely contributed to my healthier lifestyle, and I’ll be moving back to America next week (during the Christmas season). My biggest goal is to learn to maintain my current healthy lifestyle back in America. I realize that the food is really different, so it’ll take a lot of adjustment and experimentation. So, I’ll keep a positive attitude and see how it goes!
Step 1: Be aware of my self-talk, keep it positive. Keep my goal and my motivations clearly in my mind, and be sure to always give myself an alternative! :)
