lose my temper less, not fly off the handle because the house is messy, or there are toys all over the house. being able to enjoy my daughter and husband and not be blinded by all that needs to get done.

This weekend was a bad weekend for my temper. I lost it with Mom on Friday night and then again with her on Saturday night. That was pretty embarrassing looking back because I made a scene on the phone with her in public which means I was the only one who looked like an idiot. I then lost it just a few minutes later (though it could just be a carryover) with a friend. I have realized that I am having more and more trouble keeping my temper lately, especially when my stress level is high. It sucks and I usually feel bad for whoever I lost it on afterwards.
I found that when my daughter was in tears over her teacher losing her temper at her all my temper problems vanished. I plan on making this permanent.
