While I don’t exactly have a negative attitude, I am including a lot of things under have a positive attitude. Not saying negative things to others. Banishing negative self-talk. Not saying negative things ABOUT others, and also not talking negatively about one person to someone else.
I don’t do it a lot, but I don’t want to do it at ALL. I saw the effects of this kind of negativity on my family, and would rather choose a more positive path for myself.

How I did it: I'm not going to silver coat this. This goal is not something you can work towards easily. This goal is HARD. You need to change how you live, your outlook on life in general is about to be altered.
I believe this is something that will either come to someone or won't. I know plenty of people who are negative people and will always be that way because they are 'realists' or don't want to be disappointed. Thats fine. If you want to live thats way that is absolutely fine. But it isn't for me, I have seen the light and can see the beauty in life again.

I can honestly say if you asked me six months ago if the glass was half empty or half full I would have said neither. My answer would have been completely empty. Nothing was good.
In the last six months I believe I have grown as a person and realized what life actually is about. Im not saying I have the meaning of life but I have found what my morals are and also my personal life philosophy.
Life is good and life is precious. I could wake up tomorrow and be having a bad day – I could have no positivity what so ever, but I think thats natural. People have moods and emotions which change on a daily basis. The bad mood is no longer a permanent fixture but a passing thought in a bad moment in time.
I have learnt that nothing is forever – Such as going to work and the day dragging and just wanting to be at home. I have learnt that distraction and working hard will not only bring me some good Karma but take the edge off the wait. I will soon be at home having a nice hot bath and reading a good book. Work is no longer a chore but something that HAS to be done. (The saying – ‘Thats life…’ comes to mind.) Its true ‘thats life’. Its just you need to look forward and be excited about the times that are precious to you.
Life is sweet. Be happy and conquer what you WANT in life because you only get the one.
In fact I am marking this goal as complete, however I feel I didn’t work towards this goal as it was completed through an epiphany.

is to not let others dictate your mood. It can be easy to jump on the Debbie Downer bus, but you need to choose your own attitude each day.
