MMiller0601 is exhausted by my new job...

The two biggest helps for me in accomplishing this... 2 years ago

Have been going to bed a mere half-an-hour earlier and writing in my journal before bed. I think I’ve actually accomplished this so I’m going to mark it as done.

I am exercising more and writing in my journal a bit more regularly. I am also eating better and trying to do a better job of managing my time. All of that seems to be helping. I’m also going to bed a little bit earlier than I was; go figure – I wake up a much happier person now!

Well, I need to work more toward this... 2 years ago

I really think I need to add journaling back into my day. Originally, I did it in the morning, but I’ve been having trouble with that. I think I might want to do it at night, before bed now. I think if I write about my worries and various other thoughts, it might help me clear my mind and help me sleep better.

Things I need to do that I think are related to this... 2 years ago
    1. Exercise regularly.
    2. Write down what I need to do the next day before I turn in.
    3. If something is bothering me, write about it before bed.
    4. Get out of the house a bit more.
    5. Recognize if I’m worrying about something I cannot change – then let it go.
