have an alter ego.

the serious, quite awkward and sensible side/what a lot of people see is elle. but outside of places where i need to be sensible/school, to avoid being beaten up, i am felix. i scream things, run around in the street, wander around with my coat inside out/wearing a moustache.. it’s all pretty fun. i like the idea of alter egos.

I have about 5 personalities. xD They all have their own name (me, Aylian, Kees, Sahara, Ninja) and character and all that, but only me and Kees are around frequently.
It’s fun. My friends never know who they’re talking to. x)

So Steve and I have created an experiment for next semester. Each week we will take part in some activity that our typical selves would never do. The preparation, experience, and fall-out will be documented in our blog. I’m pretty excited (as well as nervous).

I like my normal life, but I feel like I need something different going on too. I want have a way to break free of the safe, responsible, eager to please routine of my personality once in awhile.

I’ve been looking every where for my alter ego; campus, downtown, on buses, on television and in books, but no luck. I’ve just started though, I’ll find him/her yet!

Only six other people want to have an alter ego? I find that hard to believe. It must be testament to the fact that everyone else already has an alter ego.

Someday I will meet my alter ego. When I find him/her I’ll have him/her create a profile on 43things.com. If (s)he’s my true alter ego, our goals will be opposite.

I’ve always thought it would be cool to have another “person” living inside your imagination. So could someone please tell me how to make an alter-ego?
