I made mine with cheese, scallions, and carrots. I agree with the previous poster. The crust is difficult unless you get a frozen one. They turn out about the same too.

I used a basic recipe that allowed you to choose what meat/veggies to put in (in my case, imitation crab), and also involved making a basic pie crust. The crust was the hardest part; if you’re like me and have no experience making pie crust from scratch, I’d recommend picking up a frozen crust to start with.
Next time I’ll also probably leave it in the oven just a little longer; it was cooked through but a little soft, and didn’t really firm up completely until the leftovers were refrigerated and reheated.
