buy a powerbook

Look, it’s good. I can’t deny that it’s slim and shiny and metallic and the keyboard is spiffy and all that jazz. But the money wasn’t really worth it, I don’t think. Mac software is pretty superb, but… I don’t know. I’m torn.

Although… I can’t stand black computers, or white, so I suppose the powerbook was the only option!

Well, I got this powerbook a year ago and I must say I have had a lot of fun with it. Its such a great laptop! (I got the 12” btw). But… My mum is getting me a Black MacBook and I am giving this Powerbook to her. She isn’t good with computers but I think she would be great with this wonderful machine!

It’s a great computer. Sexy, too! Of course they don’t sell them anymore now that the MacBook Pros are out. Still, very nice!

I just got the new 2.0ghz MacBook in black, aka the Blackbook. Yeah, I paid a $200 premium for the color and 20 extra gigs of storage but it’s tight! So far so good.

Macs rock.

You will absolutely love your powerbook. I often get asked the question “What laptop should I buy?” The answer is so easy: Apple Powerbook!

2005, bought mine at UCLA’s student store for a discounted price of $800. Really nice deal. Anyway, a couple of months my first powerbook landed it’s first bruise. I had a bulky vintage camera hanging above my desk in my dorm room. After reaching for something right next to it, the camera fell right on top of the CD drive, mashing it together, making it impossible to insert any disc.

I used my swiss army knife to pry it open, further damaging the bruise. Sigh. It’s official: I can’t take care of things. Even if they’re worth 800 bucks.

i did get the powerbook that got stolen.
in the end.. after 3 months.. i have decided that the PC gaming industry is definitly more advantageous to my current situation. Gaming good.. even tho the mac is soooo sooo beautiful.. at least i had it once before.. and if i had money to spend again, i’ll get ne new Mac Book Pro… the PC gives me games the Mac can’t.
I wish the PC was as pretty as the mac.

Bought a Lacie external drive (350gb) and the Icurve, Wireless keyboard and a logitech laser mouse for optimal work experience!
