Been doing yoga since may and it’s been the best thing i’ve done to date. opens my body up to accept the present…i want to improve on the mind body aspect of the practice

I have added certain Kriyaye such as Jal Neeti, Kunjan Neeti in my routine exercises of yoga.
I love yoga and I learnt it many years ago. I devote atleast 45 minutes daily on various yogis exercises. Somehow I am not totally satisfied about the technique I am using. Hence I want to improve it further with the help of an expert yoga teacher.
