Live in another country for at least one year

I got an Education Internship about four weeks ago. Now I’m just waiting for my Polish long-stay visa to arrive. I’m due to leave for Poland on the third week of July.

I’m excited and anxious at the same time. It’s going to be the first time I’m going to live away from my parents and friends. I’m going there alone, with no one to depend on but the Lord Jesus. Oh God, have mercy on me.

I am going to the US next year for at least a year!!! A dream coming true!

i am not sure if this is just some idle dream, but i would love to live in the USA for one year.

almost. I arrived. August 26 will be one year. Two weeks to go!!!

my 11th month living in Dubai now – so I am really almost there. August 26 (which is when we arrived) will hopefully also be the date we fly back to London. If you added up all the time I’ve lived abroad in various different places it’s more like two years – but I wanted to do it in one place and have (almost) done it in the middle east. Hurrah. Almost.
