Im going to start off with 90 crunches a day.
30- full elevation
30-mid elevation
30-no elevation
so that i can regain the definition i used to have.
i will also do the side stretches and and abdominal twists to help tone better.

not just a flat bellly, the whispy arms could do with pumping up a little so this year I am going to stop eating so many biscuits as once I am the wrond side of 35 its not going to happen

You know, I haven’t been here for a while but this was looking a lot more realistic when I made it. 7 1/2 months pregnant… not happening anytime soon.
