be spoiled

i spoil myself every now and again, but its not the same as someone else doing it. i seem to spoil everyone else, but never get it in return. my boyfriend is of NO help with this one. id like to shine in the spotlight for once….. 5 years ago

I made this goal while things were a bit rocky between us. And when in dec things got better I wasn’t sure they would last, so when I found this goal I decided to make it one of mine not thinking that our state of bliss would last, bc well it usually doesn’t.

But things got even better between us and they’ve actually stayed that way, at first I kept waiting for it to all fall apart like it usually does, and after a wile when things were still great I realized how silly I had been, after all even if everything does go into the crapper later the fact of the matter is that I should enjoy things as they are now instead of looking over my shoulder and waiting for it all to go away.

Things have been great, and I’m completely spoiled and pampered by my guy, and more importantly we’re both happy now =) 5 years ago
