1. Get up and weigh
2. Shower, get dressed to lace up shoes,fix your hair and face
3. While you are in the bathroom Swish and Swipe
4. Grab a load of laundry and start the washer
5. Check your calendar for today’s activities
6. Empty dishwasher to start your day
7. Eat something good for you, take your medicine and vitamins
8. Drink your water.
I need to adjust that a bit because I run in the morning.
So it would be:
1. Get up and weigh
2. Make coffee and eat a little something
3. Grab a load of laundry and start the washer
4. Check my calendar for today’s activities
5. Go run or ride the bike
6. Sit-ups, push-ups and plank
7. Log the workout
8. Eat something good for me (grapefruit and oatmeal or muffin)
9. Drink water.
10. Empty dishwasher to start my day
11. Shower, get dressed to lace up shoes, fix my hair and face
12. While I’m in the bathroom Swish and Swipe

- get up, eat something small and make coffee
- make the bed!
- read one article in the newspaper
- check my email
- run or bike
- sit-ups, push-ups and plank
- eat breakfast
- log my workout
- take a shower, get ready
I’m already doing most of this anyway, so it should work pretty good. I’d like to add something more spiritual later, but first see where I’m going with this.

I want to go on 20+ mile bike rides and than make waffles for breakfast and eat on the back porch with my husband.
I could also bring back the newspaper from the ride.

Saafir is planning his best year yet
This might be a way to get some momentum toward my Make Beautiful Martial Art goal. Each morning this week I will 1) meditate for ten minutes, 2) do yoga for twenty minutes, and 3) do some other martial arts workout for twenty minutes.

3. Thurs
4. Fri
5. Sat
6. Sun
7. Mon

i wanted to develop a morning ritual so complex that was impossible to follow some times.
So i made it as simple as possible and it worked for me.
1. set alarm to 5:30am, and second alarm at 7:30, with this i get two “extra hours” in bed.
2. at second alarm i wake up and go to bath, clean my teeth
3. a glass of watter or milk
4. check all personal stuff online (hi5, youtube, 21things, blogger, email, etc.)
After that, every day is different.
As less things you “need” to do in the morning, the best results of your ritual you will get.

For now i could set some order in my morning, altought is not complete yet :D
1. Stay 5 extra minutes in bed.
2. Turn on PC
3. Toilet
4. A glass of something (usually milk or yougurt)
5. Check for emergencies at work and start working
