Ok so I didn’t go running this weekend as planned but I did run more this week than I did last week. I don’t know what my deal is though… I have every reason to go out and better myself but I’d rather do nothing than throw on my running shoes. I guess I just need someone there with me pushing me on until I can’t go without it
I ran 3 times and did sprint intervals on 2 of those days. I’m taking today off but will be back at it tomorrow night and Saturday
I’m trying to do this … I’m starting off with just a few days a week and then building up to everyday
I do run 5 days a week sometimes, but not every week. I’d like this to be an every week goal till I switch from 5k to 10k, 3 times a week.
