For the record, no, I do not concider myself FAT. I am a size 0. But size 0 does not mean a flat bikini-friendly (without sucking in) tummy.
I am about to work out.. after I add some more goals. Today I was horrrrrrible. Sitting around in a church all day did no wonders for me, I ate out of a vending machine and then had pizza for dinner. I have eaten like such an American it’s not even funny.

I have to start immediately, because then it will be easier for me to continue after Dec 31st 2008. I’m 18 and I’m thinking – if I don’t have it now, when will I have it?!

Okay so I know I’m decent skinny but I don’t feel like I have a flat tummy. Exercising isn’t too much of a problem because I’m in both track and cross country. I run alot so I’m in shape but I do 0 ab workouts. I know I won’t always have a flat tummy but I’d like for it to be as flat as possible so at least once in my life I will know I had it. Hopefully I can do this and if I could keep it flat that would be awesome :)

haha I wish! Maybe in six months time it will be if I get down to some serious exercise!
I need to start doing sit ups again, I think that’s probably the most important thing as I’ll be using my stomach muscles more and all that…
I’m also going to start going out jogging, just to improve my overall fitness.
Oh, and there’s the issue of my diet. It’s not awful. I’m no fatty lol… I don’t even eat that much, it’s just I do love a bit of the ol’ junk food every now and then… okay, okay, more than a bit :P

So I have been going to the Gym since January and I don’t know why but I can’t seem to get my old flat stomach back? I do crunches, I don’t even eat a lot of rice. The size 23 waistline I use to have seems to be a thing of the past that I cannot go back to. Well, I guess I will have to keep on trying!
