today it was agreed I can work 5 days a week instead of 4 (which I’ve been doing for years) – this equals a 25% increase in income. result !

I got €500 in presents from my birthday so most of that is going into my bank! And I am minding a dog for a couple of days this week so should get something from that.

i’m 16 and on aprentice in an office, currently on minimum wage i think but i’ll erm more when i’ve finished my qualification i think :)

I got a new job at the very end of September, it all sounded good, the wage was waaay better than I thought I would get anywhere, it seemed like an ok job…but now I hate it! It’s boring, and is making me feel stressed out with all the recent rubbish that’s been going on with going into administration & not paying any suppliers, they are on the phone at me and I can’t tell them anything!
I’m now only working 4 days out of the 5 and I still manage to be sitting there most of the time with nothing to do but answer these occasionally occuring difficult calls, it does my head in!
I want to get out but feel this is very difficult what with there being no jobs around, and also I am meant to be moving out this month so I can’t really just leave!
It’s now not about earning more money it’s about finding a job where I’m happy/happier.
