    Started the day with green tea and Panera.

    Came home and did my best attempt at Tae Bo, which is kind of half assed.

    Then did a Yoga session from my Essential Yoga book.

    I’ve been reading lots of articles about the amazing benefits of an Okinawan lifestyle. The lifestyle is created by:

    -eating LOTS of green veggies
    -eating LOTS of fruit
    -eating LITTLE meat
    -exercising
    -drinking green tea

    Okinawa has the highest concentration of centurians (they’re over 100!) in the world and extremely low levels of cancer and heart disease.
