When I started running about 5 years ago, I was frustrated, too. Not all music works great for running, and the worst thing that can happen is having a song come up that throws you off your stride or ruins your groove.

I love to go running with music and I saw your post about running with your iPod. You really should check out www.mp3running.com. They have running music that make is so much fun to go running with. You can also get tracks that have a running coach giving you tips while running. Very cool.

Anyone interested in music-paced running might like to check out jogTunes.com and their sibling podcast site, JogTunesIndie.com. They’ve got most genres and new as well as some oldies but goodies, all in the running BPM range of 150 to 190 BPMs.
