How to take better care of my teeth

How I did it: i found a dentist on the internet and i made an appointment. at first i've been talking about going to the dentist for about a year before i actually went to make the appointment. i was kind of scared because i didnt go to the dentist for a loong time, but now i did and it went well, i didn't have any holes in my teeth and am much more happy without having to do with nightmares about losing my teeth and stuff, yayyy. Lessons & tips: tell the dentist how you feel about visiting him and he will be carefull and explain what he's doing step by step, it really takes the fear away

How I did it: I had to address my wisdom teeth and my severely broken front teeth, so I took a job that provided dental insurance, and I faced my fears and went to the dentist. The first real step was getting my wisdom teeth out, so I opted to be put under for the procedure and did what I had to do. I’ve had this goal up for years because I’ve never seemed to stick with it! But I’ll be getting braces for a 2-year haul sometime in the next month or two and will have to take better care of my teeth. I had braces for about 4 years as a teenager and did not take care of my teeth well—as a result my braces were on longer and I had about a dozen cavities and other problems when my braces finally came off!
I’ve also been talking to relatives who are about 20 yrs older than me who had perfect teeth when they were my age and who have all kind of problems now. It really scares me and makes me want to be very vigilant. No more going to bed without brushing my teeth!

Fuck, so I need my wisdom teeth remove, and I need a root canal, because the tooth that need to be remove, in front of it is decay, so I need a root canal, all together its going to cost me 2490. yeah and fuck, I need a job, and no one is hiring, and Its just keep getting worst and worst. Wednesday the next, i’m getting my tooth pull the wisdom one. done . I don’t know, I need a miracel , or heck a new mouth

i’ve been neglected my teeth. poor them. i know that teeth are a very delicated issue and we can actually lose them. it’s been a decade, i think, i last saw a dentist and that’s not good at all. another thing to prioritize.

doing this better. remembering to brush my teeth in the eve now and not just in the morning.
plus i bought special whitening toothpastes, so that keeps me motivated to do it.
thinking in the new year i need to book a dentist appointment as i havent had one in a while. as well as i would like to have my teeth professionally whitened again at some point. becasue the last time i did it, they were gleaming, but i was still smoking back then for a long time, as well as drinking loads of tea and coffee, so i feel like i wanna do it again, this time especially now that i have quit smoking and drink less tea and coffee. its been about 2 yhears since i had it done, so they arent as white as they used to be. the home whitening tooth pastes etc are temporary solutions for now. but they are never as good as having it professionally done. so i think in the new year once i am sorted with work, i will look into saving for that again. especailly as i am looking after my teeth much better now anyway.

some very speciallised whitening/stain removing toothpastes that i intend to use instead of the standard tooth paste we always use. gonna use that 2 wice a day. gonna brush my teeth with it in a bit, befre i go to bed. also bought some more mouthwash as i had finished the last bottle. i am addicted to mouthwash, love how it feels in my mouth and leaves my breath and teeth, minty fresh and clean.
must remember and get used to using the dentil floss. always forget.

it’s been ages since i went to the dentist last time. i know i have to pull all my wisdom teeth and that scares me a lot. but i really need to do this. and i really want to change my madonna teeth (the big gap between my front teeth). some people find it charming. i don’t. really.
