The Great Mouse Detective — 6 months ago
This isn’t a very big one that everyone knows about, but I used to watch it all the time. I think it’s a good one, and I just got it last week. My collection is growing!

Well, yesterday I picked up The Aristocats. I like that one a lot. I don’t know if I’ll have time or money to get another Disney movie, but at the latest, I’ll be getting 101 Dalmations in March.
The only thing I’m mad about is how there’s a preview for ANOTHER release of Sleeping Beauty. I mean, it just came out like 3-4 years ago. That edition was really fancy and had 2 discs, but now…They have to come out with the Platinum Edition. I looked it up online, and I guess Snow White and Beauty and the Beast are both getting re-Platinum released too. I just have to say WHY? It’s pointless. I wish they’d release one’s that arn’t even out at all yet, like Pinocchio, rather than putting out more of the same thing.
Here’s the List of 46 Disney Classics. I’m only about 50% so far, and aside from this list, I want to include the Disney/Pixar ones to my set as well. Some aren’t that worth it, but if I own one of the main Classics, I usually have to get the Direct to video sequel(s) as well…just to have. Some of these, I’ve seen and don’t own, and some I own, but never seen.

Someone gave me this movie for Christmas. It’s one I’ve actually never seen too. I’ll have to check it out. I hope it’s a good one!
I pre-ordered it months ago, and it finally arrived. I just watched it this weekend, and I forgot how much I love this movie!
The Jungle Book. It comes out on DVD in October, and I can’t wait, because it’s one of my absolute favorites! I also received Alice in Wonderland from some friends for my birthday, but I already have that one, so I’m going to exchange it for another one most likely. Not sure which one yet though…I’ll have to see what they have when I get there. There really aren’t that many left that I have to get now.
came in the mail yesterday! Now I just have to wait on my pre-order of Peter Pan.
Well, I just ordered a LOT of Disney DVDs to add to my collection! I went ahead and ordered Lady and the Tramp, because it won’t be available after January 31st. Best Buy had an offer for $5 off if you pre-order Peter Pan, which I love, so I added that one as well. They don’t charge you for it until it ships, so that’ll count as my purchase for March.
I also joined the Disney DVD Club. It’s pretty much just like Columbia House, except with Disney DVDs. For the introductory part, I got 7 DVDs for 25.90, and I have to buy three more in the next 2 years. So, that’s pretty good I think.
That means I have added:
Whoo hoo!
I’m not planning to go all the way with this goal because I don’t like all the classics, but I like a lot of them.
Today I used my $10 reward zone coupons to buy Cinderella. I’m doing pretty good this month!
