Shazamela is rethinking her New Year's resolutions.
My first accomplished goal on 43T! I cleaned out a total of 4 bags over the past week and a half and found myriad delightful items including, but not limited to:
- a ball of yarn that I’ve been looking for to finish a hat
- the aforementioned moldy orange
- 31 bus transfers
- a few loose bus tickets
- a coupon for a free cup of coffee and a cookie from Grand Central Bakery (and it’s still good—Yes!)
Now I have to devise a system to maintain. Any ideas?

I keep conveniently leaving it at work, where I don’t have time to clean it out. I vow to bring it home Monday!

I’ve got multiple bags right now. When one gets full of junk, rather than clean it out, I just pull out a new one. I’m going to clean them out (at least one a day) by next weekend.
