I’m not sure if this is something I want to pursue full time anymore…maybe years down the line I can get involved as I have become more interested in cosmetology and owning my own shop. Maybe I can own some commercial property of my own and work from there.

It’s a great career, but the schools and test don’t really prepare you for what you need to know. Treat it like a business, get all the training you can, and read everything you can on building and managing your own business, sales training, and personal development. The sooner you realize you’re a business owner, not an employee, the better you’ll do in this business.
Well I was going to start in a few weeks but I decided I need to save more money. So I’m going to work my butt off for the next 3 months. My BF was going to help me with the fees but I think I will try and do this on my own. November is when my due date is so I will have to wait a little while!

I’ve been thinking about this for years and now that my sister is retired from the military she is interested as well. I’m wondering if this is a good move considering the state in which the economy is in. People are not purchasing homes in high numbers these days. But, I still would like to take a chance. I was looking at Prudential’s website, they have a simulator test which is cool, but it’s long. I’m waiting to hear back from a representative of the company.
I’m a little disappointed that the latest entry is 4 motnhs ago.
I’m 17, about to graduate high school. Upon graduation of my high school here in Pennsylvania I’m moving out to California to take classes for real estate.
I am basically stuck right now, I have no idea how to start on about how to do this. The people that I’ve talked to tell me to take classes here in Pennsylvania, but to my understanding, the classes in Pennsylvania allow you to become a Pennsylvania real estate agent. I want to take classes for California! Not Pennsylvania. I feel as if I NEED to start now, get ahead of the game, but don’t know how to go about doing it.
Any suggestions?
