I want to go jogging every day for a week. I live right across the park now and I brought proper shoes from my parents’ so this time there’s no excuses.
Every day for one whole week. Sunday to Sunday, so it’s 8x. I can do that. I’ve done it before and I loved it. Now I wanna do it again, and it’s going to be great! Yay!

Didn’t go jogging the last 3 days. It was my birthday on Wednesday (Thank you!), then I went hiking on Thursday (5 hours, that’s fair enough) and today I got my last Hepatitis A+B vaccination and the doctor said not to do anything exhausting until tomorrow. And my arm hurts.
But I did go on all the other days. I actually really enjoy it.
The thing is, I WANT to go for a run, I just don’t want to go out (it’s pissing down). Tomorrow.

I was busy packing and travelling. But now I am in Vienna and looking forward to going for a run again. I haven’t slept for a few days, so need to recover first. But tomorrow I’ll be fit enough to go running again, I reckon.

I just came back from jogging. It’s the second time today. I feel so good! I think I’ll really go jogging every day from now on. I don’t know why I was avoiding and procrastinating it for so long; it’s so much fun! I just listen to my music and jog all around the park once, it’s the perfect distance for a beginner like me.
If I can keep this up for a month I will feel so much better! :)

Probably the easiest, cheapest and most effective way to stay or get fit: jogging!
I went jogging today and I felt so energized afterwards. I’m almost thinking about going again.
right.. as from tomorrow i am going running everyday! and, for at least half an hour lol :)
Everyday is kinda unrealistic….I’ve joined a gym and do it for 20 mins every weekday since that’s more do-able.

I am the laziest person you would ever know so if I can do this so can anyone.It helps though when you have a husband who is extremely weight conscious but is pretty heavy himself,his constant jibes about my weight helps me tho I would not admit it to him !!!
I am motivated to jog thinking of all that I consume every day,I love to cook and to eat and hence have to jog every day.My goal is 20 miles every week so I space it out and generally take Sunday off to rest.
I could see leg muscles almost immediately,I have almost 0% fat on my legs and they are muscular but slender.Hips lost a lot of fat too.I went from a size 7 jean to a size 3 in about 2.5 months.
As of Monday I will start jogging every morning. Will take all the energy I’m putting into trying to figure him out and thinking about all this sh*t and just jog, jog, jog!!!
