Year end wrap up
I didn’t do it every week but my exercise frequency improved AMAZINGLY with this goal. Im pleased with the results and with variety of activities I tried. I may add this goal later but for now I think I’ll incorporate my workouts into my bootcamp goals and try to keep up the pace and variety! 17 months ago
