    This is something I have defintely mastered. On a good week I’m at the dojo for kickboxing five times a week but a minimum of three. Now I just really need to get my eating habits in order.

    and my legs like it! Im definitely noticing a difference in their shapeliness after a few weeks of running on a regular basis. I’ve been using this as a training schedule, and I like it: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

    I’m also trying to tone up my arms (strapless wedding dress). Anyone have any weight-less excercises for arms? I’m doing pushups and tricep lifts on my stairs. Perhaps I’ll just break down and buy some weights…

    Ok, I suck. I have been so super busy and overwhelmed that I’ve been neglecting ME!

    Last night I had a meltdown in front of my family. I was just so stressed out. I’m behind in OA paperwork, stuff for Einstein’s school group, homework, etc, etc. And then every single freaking night this week Beav needs help with his homework. I don’t mind helping him but he comes to me with an empty page, he hasn’t even tried to solve the problems, and he basically wants me to show him how to do every problem. He knows this shit. It really pisses me off.

    SO, I laid down some rules. FOr starters, I’m super proud of the fact that we sit down as a family to dinner at least four nights a week. And I’m not talking KFC, I cook. However, I just can’t do everything anymore. So from now one hubby and each of the boys are responsible for two meals a month. I don’t think that’s asking too much.

    I also decided that when I have lots of paperwork or homework to do, I won’t do it at home. There are just too many distractions and every time I get distracted, the stress starts and then well, it’s not so pretty.

    We’ll see what happens.

    So, I’ve made a goal to work out three times a week. Two weeks ago I renewed this goal and was successful. THis week and last week, not so much. Hell, its not my fault I have a sinus infection.

    I think it’s easy to say, I want to go to the gym, or I want to be more physically fit. However, I know that goals should be put into steps. So I want to get in the habit of working out 3x a week. This could be at the gym or running. Once I’ve achieved this goal, I’ll add another.
