Motivated! 11 months ago

I’m all jazzed up following a successful event I organized. Now, how do I bottle this up to pull out again later when I need the motivation???

This ties into my time, goal and self discipline area. It’s like I have all this buried treasure. It does me no good if it’s buried, I need to unlock it all and share it with everyone.

I tend to get the vital things done and let the rest go. I’m ready to start giving up some of my commitments instead.

I’m in a great frame of mind and am feel motivated to finish things, I don’t get overwhelmed now as I have ways to not take on too much and enjoy what I’m doing, I’ve made things a lot simpler and that has helped a lot

Getting Things Done 1 year ago

This system is amazing have implemented it at work and next week will do the same at home
I am much more focused and don’t forget stuff now as it is all out of my head and in one place where I can see it

Fabulous

Going for it 1 year ago

This place has really focused my mind and helped me fine tune what commitments I have

I’ve whittled it down to things I’m doing and what I need to do to succeed

I’m proud that I have made some difficult decisions and I know that it will help me in the long run

Being in a good frame of mind is really helpful to getting a lot done and achieving my goals

Started it 1 year ago

I’ve been rubbish at this in the past and I know I am getting better, self discipline and letting go of the resistance to doing it in the first place

Like exercising I had scheduled it into my life but my work load had increased so much so instead I still do some yet have fine tuned it to what is achievable and I still stay fit!

When I have more time I can change it again

The same goes for studying, if I’m too knackered it ain’t gonna happen, that’s why one of my goals is sleep more (working on it)

I’m not beating myself up about it as that just makes me feel bad
I’ll do the best I can and set realistic goals

If I get stuck and have no motivation I’ll use the Sedona Method which helps me access stuck feelings/resistance, like apathy, grief. anger etc and let them go
I always feel more motivated and peacful afterwards

this is a lot easier to do 1 year ago

when I have the physical energy for it. Checking it off and adding it to the “habits marked as done.”
