Shake for one week, then pour 23 months ago

I think I’ll continue with the odd tweak, but that’s good for now. Bring on the fresh new year…

2008 (alphabetical goggles) 1 year ago

I whittled my list down and built it up a bit (down to 30, up to 40, not counting this one). I may still add or remove some things.

Now I’ve arranged my list in alphabetical order for the day to shake up things a bit – I’m not comfortable with the order, but I’m hoping to reveal those goals that become invisible by sitting in the same place for so long, gathering dust.

Tomorrow I’ll re-arrange them again, see where things fall.

This is done enough I think 2 years ago

Still might want to write entries for a few that ought to be commented on, and one or two more things I want to add to the list but haven’t yet. And whatever isn’t done will get done whenever it becomes done :) Peace.

Happy New Year 2 years ago

I think I can now consider my list revamped. I didn’t make a ton of big changes but I got rid of a couple stagnant goals (figuring I can always re-open them later if they become more important/more possible to achieve), and also added a couple completely new ones. Looking at my list now, most of the goals are things that I could feasibly accomplish in the next 365 days. Lets see how it goes…

Should auld goals be forgot,
and never brought to mind…
(well, then – thank goodness for this site
for kicking my behind)

Pushed. Weeded. Now, to grow…

Time for a bit of a revamp 3 years ago

I’ve noticed mine can be categorized into three groups:
1: The ones I call “signature goals”, these I’m most fond of having on the list; most of the first half or so of the list right now. These I’ll keep as the same number while they’re on the list, and when I move one over to the have-done list I’ll post its original mumber. For example I’ve done #6 a ton of times now and others have added it like I wanted, so I’m about to move it to have-done.
2: Lower-priority long-shot or long-term goals, like “go to” and “have/do more/less” ones. Some of these I might toss, bot others seem to have become cheer-magnets :) so I’ll use the give-up list for those and might reopen them later. Apologies if a cheer or two gets tossed in the process.
3: One-shot goals that can be done quickly, like the “see this movie” ones.
I want to post entries for most of those that don’t have any yet, and update some that do. I’ve noticed a couple of my original “one-person” ones are on others’ have-done lists. :) Gotta like that.
I think I’ll clear out some tag clutter too: some goals are tagged with a few more synonyms and adjectives than they really need and makes them over-represented compared to other goals.

(Or at least reupholstering) 3 years ago

I have goals that are nearly finished, goals to be merged, goals lingering past their due date, new goals waiting to wriggle their way up onto my radar and goals already met but in need of refreshing.

I want to reevaluate this whole thing by the kickoff of 2007 and carry on with a fresh outlook. Yei-haww!
