- did my “circuit training”
- did many sets/reps of push ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, squats and lunges

Doing that much more! Went several times last week, over the weekend and today before work! It feels great to squeeze in more time for my cardio. I am so glad that I’m getting more consistent with this :D

Went running before work and am planning to go today! Now that we’re more settled into our house, this should become a more permanent deal. I want to run at least 3-4 times a week if possible.

I sort of fell off the band-wagon with this one for like a month I wasn’t exercising. And then the other day I decided to just get up early and get on the elliptical. I noticed the difference immediately. After three days of exercise I slipped up again and didn’t do it this morning. The day was SO much harder to get through!! I’ll be keeping it up this time.

Ran several miles, walked several more miles, went paddle boarding and worked my Muay Thai! Feeling GREAT!

My husband and I went running together over the weekend and it was hard! But it felt so good to be running again, and I am truly going to make this more of a habit! We ran about 3 miles under the hot, blistering sun :D

FINALLY got the wana dug out of my foot, and the infection is gone, so I started up with my exercise again late this past week… Boxing, kickboxing, and running. Ahh, it felt great to back in the swing of things! I value my health so much…

Dunno when I posted last or what I posted… but I’ve been trying to get at least three days of exercise (at 30 minutes or 15 minutes if I do more than 3 days) a week.
So far I’m doing good and I’ve been going strong for about 4 weeks now, yay me!

i have recently started getting up at six in the morning and doing different activities. i.e. Yoga, Pilates, Gym Ball, Dance Workouts but i need to stay motivated and i need to stop eating junk!
i really need to push myself to achieve this one! I’m hoping once i start getting into it, it will become alot easier for me.
